Memorial Shoot
Yesterday, June 27, 2018 we hosted our annual Memorial Shoot. This year we focused on the loss of Lewis Shivak. Lewis was a sportsman of sportsmen. Great hunter and fisherman. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. It was a great turnout with a lot of Lewis’s friends and family.
We had 38 shooters and some good scores that ranged from 98 to 58.
Class A 98 Ken Whitten
Class B 91 Chick Chain
Class C 82 Jim Wells
Kenny kicked back the $100.00 he won back to the club as a donation. Thanks Kenny!!!
I think everyone had a good time and as usual after the main event was finished Brian Sabo got the SABO SHUFFLE going and we had the shooters that stayed competed for some meat prizes.
I want to thank everyone who participated in the shoot and all the people who helped out with everything.
We are shooting for meat every 3rd Sunday and remember the Fall Outing in Sept. This year the outing is on a Saturday and we will have a pig roast, Corn, lots of other food and Hay Wagon rides for the kids.
Check out our event calendar on this site and don’t miss anything. Have A Great SUMMER !!!!!

Hear Ye…..Hear Ye – Sunday June 17th – MEAT Shoot @ 10am
This Sunday will prove to be a real winner for those who attend. LMRGC will be awarding Double Packs of Baby Back Ribs (that’s 4 packages) for each prize awarded at the MEAT SHOOT.
It’s really tough to beat a prize like that and if you don’t show, you’ll never have a chance to win…..so come one, come all and invite your friends.
See you this Sunday, June 15th @ 10am

CLUB Spring Outing – Saturday, June 9th @ 10am
The LMRGC Annual Spring Outing will be held this coming Saturday, June 9th starting at 10am.
The outing is always a great time to share the day with your friends, families, and others who just want to have a good time….bring your barbecue, bring your drinks, bring your deserts and share with others…..you might even find another recipe that you’ll like.
The traps will be open
Trap 1 will be shooting singles
Trap 2 will be shooting doubles
Trap 3 will be shooting pickups and be NO COST to those who want to shoot.
Also, the wagon will be running hayrides most of the day and contrary to what you might have heard….there is no age limit – never to young and never to old.
Please spread the news – it’s always a great time.
